If you find yourself with a question or request in the WBI software, you're now able to use the support portal. Watch the video below to see a step-by-step demo.
Purpose of the Well-Being Index Support Portal
The Well-Being Index (WBI) support portal makes it easier for admins to request information, assistance, and features from the WBI Team. Via the support portal, admins' questions and requests are sent to every member on the WBI Support Team. The first free team member will claim the ticket and work on resolving the issue.
How to Access the Well-Being Index Support Portal
Accessing the WBI support portal is simple. Once you're in the Well-Being Index admin account, look towards the bottom righthand corner. There, you should see the green Support button.
How to Create a Ticket
Clicking on the Support button will populate a chat box with the following options.
- Ask a Question
- Request a Feature
- Report an Issue
- View Current Tickets
By clicking on Ask a Question, Request a Feature, or Report an Issue, you will have the opportunity to fill in the ticket's user (you), subject, and a description of the request. There is also an option to upload a file, such as a screenshot or document.
Once you've written a detailed description of your request, click Submit Ticket and a notification will be sent to all WBI Support Team members.
Viewing Submitted Tickets and Responses
To see submitted tickets and their responses, click View Current Tickets in the support chat box. This will take you to your support portal dashboard. Here, you will have three options in respect to tickets:
- Active Tickets
- Closed Tickets
- New Ticket
Tickets that are still open will be under the Active Tickets tab. Ticket status will also appear here. You will be notified via email once your ticket has a response from a WBI Support Team member. To view responses, click on the corresponding ticket title.
Once you're in the ticket, you will see a message box and any replies in a thread below. Your messages will appear gray and WBI Support Team members' messages will be blue.
Clicking on the New Ticket tab will populate the Support chat box with its original options.
Closing a Ticket
After the ticket is resolved, a member of the WBI Support Team will close the ticket. You will be able to view all previous tickets under the Closed Tickets tab.
Benefits of Using the Well-Being Index Support Portal
Using the WBI support portal for your questions and requests is the most efficient way of resolving any issues you come across in the app. It also helps our team to constantly improve the app's user experience and make it as easy as possible to assess well-being.
