The support team at the Well-Being Index takes our admins' feedback seriously because we know that you take your participants' feedback just as earnestly. That's why we're constantly collecting, prioritizing, and implementing updates for the Well-Being Index software.

For this round of WBI updates, we're diving into the process improvement feature.
*Note: These updates are scheduled to go live on June 26, 2019 at 9 p.m. During this time, you will not be able access your WBI account for about 15 minutes.
The purpose of the process improvement item is to help WBI admins, such as yourself, create a path for your participants to offer feedback. Whether it be about burnout interventions or the assessment process, the questions you ask your participants should make them feel supported and acknowledged.
Tagging Feedback Categories
The latest WBI updates include the ability for admins to tag answers to your process improvement questions. Examples of tags include answers containing EHR, Charting, Manager, Team, Hours, etc. This way, admins will be able to see the category that receives the most feedback, making it easier to decide which burnout dimension to focus on.

Plus, you will have the option to export responses, tags, and the response phase into a CSV format, making it easier to share.
WBI admins will now have the ability to set three active feedback questions to rotate each time a participant assesses. Once a participant answers all three feedback questions, they will loop back so admins have the ability to compare answers over time. This helps admins measure the effectiveness of wellness initiatives.
