Major U.S. companies form coalition to support worker well-being

Microsoft, Postmates, and Walmart are just a few of the founding organizations of a new initiative to prioritize staff well-being. The coalition, dubbed the '#RecoverStronger Initiative,' is comprised of Fortune 500 and other qualifying U.S. companies committed to "inclusive hiring practices, development programs, total rewards programs, and ethical offboarding strategies."
